With over 30 years of industry experience and despite remaining a young company, we are continuing to grow. We are therefore looking for a Project Manager Process Management for a permanent position with a 100% workload.

Your area of responsibility
- You analyze and optimize our processes with a focus on efficiency, quality and customer benefit
- You develop digital solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and implement them
- You evaluate and implement new technologies, especially in the areas of general contracting, construction management, networks & security
- You train our employees and actively support change processes
- You monitor technological trends and developments and derive specific recommendations for action from them
Your personality
- You have a degree in construction, economics or IT or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in project and process management, ideally in the field of digital transformation
- You have very good knowledge in the field of digitization, automation and IT integration
- You are familiar with agile project methods and experienced in change management
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally CRM systems
- You convince with solution-oriented thinking, initiative, clarity in communication and team spirit
